I must emphasize the fact that opening this blog is one of the most special things I have done during my studentship. I have taken it as an exciting journey to learn new things about technology. Since is my first post I would like to talk about teaching. It is a topic that involves everyone of us as we share the aim of teaching. The protagonists in the teaching process The Teacher and the Learner. What can they both do to help each other? What is the role of technology in the teaching process? I want from you to answer these questions in this way to accomplish the goal of cooperative learning. Hope you discover many new things in this subject :-D

ReplyDeleteWe know that the role of the learner now is quite different from that in previous years.Teaching process involves both the learner and the speaker that should cooperate together to have an effective teaching hour.The teacher should be the one who guides the studentsin what points to be focussed on.Nowdays there are a lot of ways to make the lesson attractive suc as technology.We can use it in different ways to teach different thing.Technology encreasses students motivation,make them feel comfortable during the hour and help them acquie the lesson better.

Hi Besa! I totally agree with you.Your blog looks very nice. I believe in teaching as an ongoing learning process, both for the benefit of the students and the teacher.So ,both the teacher and learner should collaborate with each other.On the other hand technology takes an important role in the teaching process because it can be used to facilitate learning.

ReplyDeleteTeachers and learners are roles that complement each other . The job of teacher is help students to solve problems in their own and to tinker their way to better situations for themselves and others .
On the other hand , the role of learners is to be concentrated on the lesson and take seriously the learning process , to understand that most of time requires hard work in order to be successful . Building up knowledge should be continuous , so learners should consistently study so as not to have any gaps .
While technology plays a major role in the learning process . Educational technology serves all the purposes for modern education . Education cannot go so far without the help of technology .

ReplyDeleteNow, I see the role of the teacher and that of the learner to have changed a lot. They are more like partners and collaborators as the class is learner-centered. Technology is a great helpful dimension for this new learning experience, considering the part that we are a gadget generation!

Hi! those are some good question whose answers will come out throughout the semester. However, I would like to share some of my thoughts will you too. The role of both, the teacher and the learner have evolved and today they are seen as partners or collaborators in the teaching process. Both of them contribute in the teaching process in their own ways and technology is merely a tool which facilitates this collaboration between teacher and learners and makes sure the teaching process is done efficently!
